Our Story

Hi-Viz Traffic Management was established in 2022 to support Pro Arbore and quickly became a key part of the Cyclone Gabrielle recovery. Our crews managed road access, supported contractors, and kept critical worksites safe during one of Hawke’s Bay’s toughest times. That same commitment to safety and community continues to guide us today, both in how we look after our team and in the way we serve our clients.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT:
Napier Road/Romanes Drive Infrastructure Project

In October 2025, Hi-Viz Traffic Management helped keep Havelock North moving safely during vital road and water upgrades on Romanes Drive and Napier Road. Working alongside Hastings District Council, United Civil, and local contractors Xtreme Contracting, Drainways, and Topline Contracting, our team supported key works including upgrading the Romanes Drive roundabout, improving road conditions, and installing a new drinking water main.

Scheduled to continue through April 2026, the project will support new housing developments and enhance safety for residents in this fast-growing area.
